What We Do
RED Partners is a design and branding firm. Since 2006, we have helped companies and institutions communicate through clear, meaningful, people-focused design.
We focus on design for entertainment, sports, and the cultural arts. Our capabilities working in digital media, print, and environmental design allow us to see projects through from concept to completion. Our ability to develop strategic design and execute on time and budget is why our clients count us as trusted partners.
Our work has been featured in respected design publications and award exhibitions including The Type Directors Club Annual, The New York Times ArtsBeat, AIGA 365, Baseline Magazine, Step Inside Design, CMYK, New Masters of Poster Design by John Foster, Becoming a Graphic Designer by Steven Heller, Image of the Studio Exhibition, The Language of Graphic Design by Richard Poulin, and more.
Brand Audit
Brand audits offer clients a comprehensive look at their strengths, weaknesses, and positioning within their visual messaging. We’ll talk in depth about your goals, mission, and objectives. From there we help you discover what’s already working, what could work better, and define an actionable plan to help you align your brand with the way you want to be seen.
Logo design
The best logos have brains and beauty. We work to create marks that are memorable, unique, and can boldly stand on their own when out in the world representing our clients. We work within a simple process and like to keep things fun. It starts with a conversation, turns into collaboration, and ends with a design you’re proud to call your own.
Visual systems
Visual systems are the many assets used to tell your story. Think of it as a library that contains various specimen that when combined create your visual identity. From brand patterns to custom illustrations, visual systems can be simple or very complex. We have loads of experience extending established brands, as well as building brand new systems from the ground up.
Style guides
There’s so much more to a great brand than just a logo. Style guides are specifically developed to help you keep design consistent across different platforms and mediums. From choosing or refining a color palette to finding fonts that tell your story best, we enjoy the process of helping you reign in all the moving parts so your visual identity looks like you every time, all the time.
Illustration
Did you know drawing 101 is the first course in many design programs? That’s right, you gotta crawl before you ball…or uh…we mean draw before you design. We have some in house illustration skills and also partner with a slew of talented individuals to create fresh, creative, “just what the project called for” work.
Motion graphics
Here at RED we like to keep things moving. We think about motion graphics all. the. time. Whether creating short promotional videos that highlight a campaign design we’ve been working on, making short animated .gifs, or energizing logos, we greatly enjoy bringing stories to life through movement.
Clients
We work with a diverse group of clients big and small, happy and tall. With all partnerships, our main objective is a healthy and respectful relationship.
